Keep access routes and exits clear and well signed so everyone can evacuate quickly if necessary.

Our emergency cover
Our 24/7 emergency response remains available throughout the Christmas period. Our on-call teams will attend genuine emergencies and support clients with time-sensitive security or facilities issues. For non-urgent matters, please use your normal account channels and we will respond during staffed hours.
Looking ahead
We will use the quieter weeks after New Year to review performance, refine procedures and introduce improvements that reduce risk. We will continue investing in staff training, equipment and smarter ways of working so we can serve you better in 2026.
