What are contract cleaning services?
Contract cleaning services are professional cleaning delivered under an ongoing agreement, usually daily or weekly, rather than as a one-off visit. They cover routine cleaning plus extras such as deep cleaning, washrooms and consumables. Most businesses set a schedule that suits their premises and hours.
Are your cleaners trained and vetted?
Yes. Every cleaner is fully vetted and insured, and our teams are trained to BICSc standards, the benchmark set by the British Institute of Cleaning Science. Contracts also run to ISO 9001 quality management, so standards are checked, not assumed.
How much does contract cleaning cost?
Cost depends on the size of your premises, how often you need cleaning, the type of site and the hours involved. A small daily office and a large industrial site sit at very different price points. Pricing follows a free survey, so the quote reflects your actual premises.
Can I book a one-off clean, or do I need a long-term contract?
Both are available. You can book a one-off clean, such as an after-builders or deep clean, or set up an ongoing contract with flexible terms. We will recommend what fits your premises rather than lock you into more than you need.
Will I keep the same cleaner, and what happens if they are off?
We assign a consistent team so the same familiar cleaners look after your site. If someone is off sick or on holiday, we let you know in advance and send a briefed replacement. Your premises are never left uncovered.
Do you handle TUPE when we switch from another provider?
Yes. Where cleaning staff transfer from your existing provider, we manage the TUPE process for you and coordinate the handover. That keeps the switch smooth and keeps experienced people on your site.
Can one provider handle cleaning, security and facilities management?
Yes. All three run under one accredited framework, which means one point of contact and consistent standards. You can add security services or facilities management to a cleaning contract whenever you need them.
