Which Security Service Do You Need?
Choose one below, or combine several under one contract.
Guarding and Reception
- On-site guardingTrained officers hold your site, control access and stop trouble before it starts. The same familiar faces are assigned, not a rotating pool, so they learn your building and your people.
- Corporate and reception securityOfficers protect a building and greet visitors without disrupting the working day. Guards are matched to your layout, hours and foot traffic, not a set package.
Monitoring and Response
- CCTV and remote monitoringLive operators watch your cameras, verify threats and escalate to keyholders or police within minutes. Reviews are event driven, so no one sits watching your staff all day.
- Mobile patrolsScheduled and random patrols check a site through the night without the cost of a full-time guard.
- Key holding and alarm responseOur team holds your keys and responds to alarms, so your staff never attend an incident alone.
Sector and Event Cover
- Logistics and warehouse securityGuards protect yards, loading bays and stock across depots and distribution sites. Cover is planned around shift patterns and high-risk points, day and night.
- Retail securityLoss-prevention officers cut shrinkage while keeping the shop floor calm and welcoming.
- Event securitySIA licensed crowd and door teams keep events safe and running to time.

Why Choose DCS
One Provider, One Standard
Security, cleaning and facilities management run under one accountable framework, so nothing falls between suppliers.
One provider, one standard
Security, cleaning and facilities management sit under a single accredited framework, so you brief one team and hold one contract to account. That removes the gaps that appear when separate suppliers point at each other.
Faces you recognise
Low staff turnover means the officer at your door next month is the one there today. Familiar teams spot what is out of place because they know what normal looks like on your site.
Answered around the clock
A 24-hour control centre backs every contract, 365 days a year. When you need a change, extra cover or fast support, you reach a manager, not a queue.
Built around your site
Cover is planned from a real assessment of your layout, hours and risks, not an off-the-shelf package. If your needs change, the plan changes with them.
Accreditation you can check
SIA Approved Contractor status, ISO 9001, SafeContractor and RISQS sit behind the work, and you can verify them on the public registers. Standards are audited, not assumed.

What do commercial security services include?
Commercial security services are the guarding, monitoring and response measures that protect a business's people, property and stock. They cover manned guarding, CCTV monitoring, mobile patrols, key holding, alarm response and event security. Most businesses combine two or three under one contract.
What does SIA Approved Contractor status mean?
It means the provider has passed the Security Industry Authority's voluntary audit of how it trains, screens and manages staff. Approved Contractor status is held by Double Check Security Group Ltd t/a T-Class UK for Door Supervision and Security Guarding. You can check any provider on the SIA register.
How much do commercial security services cost?
Cost depends on the length of contract, your location, the duties involved, the hours of cover and the number of officers. A quiet reception post and a high-risk 24-hour site sit at very different price points. Pricing follows a free assessment, so the quote reflects your actual site rather than a rough guess.
Can one provider handle security, cleaning and facilities management?
Yes. All three run under one accredited framework, which means one point of contact and consistent standards across the board. It also removes the finger-pointing that happens when separate suppliers share a site. You can add cleaning and facilities management to a security contract at any time.
How are your security officers vetted?
Every officer is screened to BS7858, the British Standard for security vetting, which checks employment history and references over the previous five years. All personnel hold a valid SIA licence and pass a DBS check before they start. Screening records are available for audit.
How quickly can you arrange cover, and what if an officer is off sick?
Cover can often be arranged within days of an agreed plan, and urgent support runs through the 24-hour control centre. Sickness and holidays are covered from a vetted local pool, so your post is never left empty. You will not need to chase a replacement yourself.

Preparing for Martyn's Law
New rules under Martyn's Law, the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025, require many public-facing venues to plan for security threats. As an Action Counter Terrorism participant, our team already builds that thinking into site plans, so clients are ready rather than scrambling when the requirements take effect.
