The Double Check Security Group of companies has further strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Demelza Staples as Group Process and Transformation Director.
The newly created role reflects the Group’s commitment to growth, innovation and service excellence across its nationwide and international operations.
Demelza brings with her a wealth of experience in driving business transformation, embedding change and optimising systems. She has previously held senior leadership roles in both security companies and with major retailers and is an active member in the Women in Security network
